Cancellation

I called twice to have my policy cancelled and both times the employee hung up on me without resolving my issue or cancelling my plan. I set up the account but they listed my husband as the main person, when he came on the line to cancel they hung up and would not speak to him. This was after waiting 90 minutes on hold. I am reporting you for fraud as it has been 30 days and you will not allow me to cancel my own account.
