Card compromised - account now prepaid visa card
My experiences with Accountnow customer service is horrible. I have been a member of Accountnow for about 5 years and referred many of my co-workers, family and friends. I was contacted on Nov 1 2013 stated that I need to contact customer service center, I contacted customer service center and no one knew any information of why I received a call. I then tried to use my card on on Nov 8 2013 which it said declined. I then contacted customer service again to find out my card number had been hacked and I was at risk. The rep reactivated my card and allow me to withdraw 200.00 dollars off. I finally recieved a new card on Sat Nov 16 2013, I tried to activate my card with the phone number that is provided on the card which is a sex line number....horrible horrible horrible....so then i finally get my card activated and notice that it is a whole 16.47 left on the card. I then tried to log onto my account on the website and notice that transaction history has been deleted, so I called customer service again after speaking with many many reps being transfer numerous times, i finally reached a rep I explain to her that my card number was compromised and i can't review my transaction history she told me that i will have to pay 2.95 for them to mail it to me 7-10days. What GREAT customer service!!!!! I ask if she can fax information over she stated yes still to this moment have not received fax. I called customer service again requesting fax and also a contact call. At this very moment no call no fax...i have money missing out of my account and I am and and irate customer this is ridiuclious to be treated in this nature!!!! money is missing so service support and no answer!!!!! I need assistance with expediting my dispute claim.
