Jill Kirk Poor customer service
My experience working with Lincoln Mortgage was terrible. The representative that I worked directly with was Jill Kirk. She assured me from the beginning of the process that she was very familiar with the type of loan that I was obtaining. However, after COUNTLESS avoidable mistakes; settlement delays; speaking with her manager Sandy Pearlstein and the vice president of Lincoln Mortgage, Chris Wilhelm; it was obvious that Lincoln Mortgage did not have the knowledge or experience they claimed to have had. Every representative that I spoke with at Lincoln Mortgage provided some of the worst customer service I have experienced. I would advise anyone considering Lincoln Mortgage to seek a more reputable and customer driven Mortgage company to avoid the grief and stress that I endured working with Lincoln Mortgage.
