Millennium Payment Systems, Merchant services that don't work. Money was missing for 6 weeks. Customer Service doesn't call back.

We signed up for Merchant Services in October 2010. The Sales guy who answered when we called for info was very helpful up until the point we signed. He made sure to point out that he answered the phone right away and we didn't have to go through an automated service.

It took over 6 weeks to get the money from our first deposit. We were continually promised calls back that never took place. We had to keep calling back to get a resolution. We asked to speak to supervisors and we were told "Andre" would call us back and he never did. We were then told he was to busy to talk to us.

When we asked to cancel we were told someone would call us. After 2 weeks someone called us and when we tried to call back the extension was out of service. We have finally gotten a hold of someone and it continues to be the same story. Someone will call us back. Apparently the 2 individuals in the cancelation dept have both left the company and now we will continue to have to call them back every day to get out of this shit deal. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.
We should have known when the terminal took twice as long to get to us and we were told that it was in high demand. It also came with no instructions or manual.

The only thing they have been good at is collecting our money.
