Over this holiday season my boyfriend went to ulta and purchased a clarisonic for me for christmas. ( Nicegift!) While ay checkout the cashier asked for my info so i could get the points on my ulta rewards card...nice! Except for the fact that I got an email two days before christmas to review the purchase that I made. Total surprise killer...they might not want to send out those emails until after the holiday season. Just a thought. I wonder how many other surprises were ruined....

Went on Boxing Day. There were 2 open change rooms in the store, and everyone was lined up at only 1 because we were all unaware there was a 2nd one. There were 3 people in the empty change room, and none of those people bothered to tell us (in the line) there was another change room. It was until a customer told us there was another open change room did anyone go. At the 2nd change room, one of the workers told me he knew we were all lined up there. Worst Customer Service EVER

Sephora & Sephora JC Penny's are not interchangeable. You can use a Sephora gift card at Penny's but not the other way around. This was a gift and the disappointment for my daughter was heart breaking. Talking to the manager at Geneva commons was no help and the 800 customer service line at Sephora is a joke. Slow response to order, and backorder and slow mail. - Hollister clothing

I ordered a t-shirt for my grand-daughter for Xmas on the Hollister internet site. The shirt was backordered as they were out of it when I placed my order. However it took several days for them to tell me it was not in stock via email. So now it was too late to stop the order. Once the t-shirt was in, it was stated to be shipped Fed Ex. However it was sent regular snail mail and took several weeks to arrive. Customer Service is not good! Will never order from them again....
