No Response After Taking Money & Not Receiving Items

STAY AWAY! Accoring to them they sent over $100 worth of product to me. When I told them that I had a secure mailbox, that required a key to get into they told me that I had to wait 8 days before I could file a complaint or apply for a refund. I asked where this policy was posted online. No such policy exists.

I have contacted them more than 3 times, each time I get bad customer service. Once I was put on hold and the rep. never came back. No one can tell me anything about my order and it takes forever to get past the hold that they keep you on before you get to a person who will lie to you.

They also do not respond to emails. Don't order from them and if you are having problems with your order contact the BBB or file and internet fraud complaint.
