16pce brush set-louise walsh-dont bothe

Yes I also ordered 3 of these brushes 22nd august (my first time using Groupon and wont be using again). One of the sets were for my step daughters 21st birthday which is 24th Sept (she is studying makeup at college so thought was perfect present), the 2 others were treats for me and my daughter. The money (£57) was promptly taken out of my account on 22nd aug as soon as I input my codes for the 3 sets. I am still waiting- I have emailed Groupon, with no support. I was advised they were aware of the high demand and it was being dealt with. I cannot get through to the number for Louise walsh, I have rang them every day and left messages to no avail. So I see they have sold over 3,500 of these sets, have all our money in their account and making lots of interest from their waiting customers. I cannot believe this company has advertised without being prepared to supply what we have all paid for and now I am having to run around trying to find another present. I am not happy at all with this. I definately wont be using Groupon again. I have just been on the phone for over 20 minutes to their so called customer service but gave up waiting whilst yet again I have written another email to them (whilst on hold). When I first rang, I was disconnected when I pressed 'local offer'.... stange??
