Blames Customers For Their Mistakes
I took a lot of time placing an online order. I called to make sure my address would be correct (long story). The incompetent people at Ulta screwed up my address and the package was not delivered to me but instead returned to Ulta. I immediately called to have them re-send the package and they refused and when I was transferred to the Corporate Office I was treated terribly. I hope all reputable people and beauty companies will boycott this horrible business. I will shop at Sephora and other upscale retailers. Ulta panders to the lowest common denominator and they have no respect for their customers even when they are 100% at fault. It is shameful--America does not need companies like this. Please support those who get it right and let Ulta fade away.
