LESLIES POOL SUPPLIES
I have circulation problems after a new de filter was installed on oct.30 2013. I have been trying to get these resolved before a freeze. I have been stiffed on a scheduled repair after waiting for the technician all day without a call until well after the scheduled time promised. This is not what I spent $1500 dollars to worry about. The technician Al called me to inform me he could not get to me until Friday dec.6th. This will be to late to save my pool from freezing which is scheduled to come in on Thursday the 5th. I should have priority since I have had called and gone by twice in 20 days with complaints. This matter has been forwarded to leslies in irving and service 800 department but I seemed to get a non caring attitude. I now want everyone at leslies to know it will not be my first choice for any further equipment or chemicals unless someone solves my issues. I have been a leslies customer since 1987 but this to will change and I will not be recommending your chemicals or equipment to anyone I will encounter which will include all my Verizon and Att contacts nation wide. I am very disappointed in leslies service department and their lack of customer service. I now want my money refunded and their filter removed from my property. I plan on going some where that wants my business.
