Paws Plus - Comfortis
On 12/28/13 I took in my two dogs to the PawsPlus mobile clinic at Tractor Supply in Covington, GA and walked out spending over $444.00. We do not want to even get into what I have spent with Paws Plus over the last 3 years between my cats & dogs. Anyway, because the vet Dr. Sandra Kingrey Lic# 4895 FAILED to do her job and write an approval for Comfortis on my certificate, PawsPlus has refused to fill my Comfortis request. I was informed, as you are at every visit that you have 30 days to get your medication filled/refilled. However, they do not tell you that the vet has to write it on the certificate. I guess PawsPlus wants us to do the vets job to. It's not good enough that we give you our hard earned money and wait hours in line to be treated like we are nothing--just another number. Where is the accountability and especially the customers service. I have made 4 calls to PawsPlus 1-888-729-7758 and have yet to have them return my call. I have to call you back each time. I filed a formal complaint about the vet so we will see where that goes. PawsPlus will NEVER get my vet business again. When I finish getting my prescriptions filled--I am done with PawsPlus. Also, I will write a bad review every chance I get and I will tell everyone I know to stay away from these clinics. I will tell them what I have been put through.
