Charged for unsubscribed channels

Worst company ever. First we get promised 64.99 a month for the first year with all of our discounts. THe first bill comes in and it was that price but a few months in, two i think it was, our bill escalted out of no where to 139.99. What is that? Then it takes two to three months to get them to cancel the movie package that was free for three months. We were charged two months in a row for a movie package we wanted canceled. When we moved we were told that we would be charged 19.99 plus tax for the service charge and that was it. The day the installer comes to our new house we are informed that the will be charging us $100.00 for them taking care of the dish itself on our next bill. Now we are being charged cancellation fees when we havent canceled our service. I WILL NOT return to them as a customer. I don't like being lied too and being charged for services I am not subscribed too. (yes we are still be charged for movie channels we aren't subscribed too)
