I want my deposit back! - direct tv

I am so upset with Direct TV. I have cancelled my service right now and have not received the box I need to return the receiver and remote control. This is mandatory for me to receive my deposit. I have called over 10 times, double checking address, etc. and they tell me it is being sent overngiht. Oddly enough, it never makes it to me. I'm furious and dont' plan on doing business with them again!
