Every time it rains, even a little, all channels go out. Bills somehow ALWAYS go up and when we call about it we are promised bogus credits that always come with a catch. 200 channels in a package may seem like a lot but in actuality you won't be watching most of those. Customer service always tries to suck you into staying with them and make bogus sh*t sound so great. Oh and it is complicated when trying to find and "record" a simple show. Comcasts layout can be done by a toddler, cant say the same for Direct TV. PATHETIC SERVICE IN EVERY WAY!!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. OH and to cancel will cost me a hefty $400!
