The worst experience-ordering, receiving and refund
After multiple attempts to place an internet order, I finally called customer service to place the order. 3 weeks later I do not have the order and after 7 calls to customer service I finally found 1 person that has filed an incident report but the still have $359.00 of my money and I do not have anything to show for it. Many, Many hours spent on this one order, money out of my pocket and no merchandise. Never will I purchase anything from Kohl's again.
