upon purchasing lift tickets for the day a young representative quickly ran our credit card when I was trying to ask more questions. Damaged Luggage

We fly back from Montego Bay Jamaica to Minneapolis, on 1/18/14. A piece of our luggage was damaged. The hinged side was complety destroyed, ruining an expandable zipper and exposing clothing inside. A treasured tee shirt was damaged by what appears to be grease. We use your airline to fly each year. The luggage is high quality and should be able to hold up to normal handling. I have been a customer for about a month and a half I have to say the customer service sucks, the actual service sucks... I am paying for the 3MB connection.
