Can Facebook PLEASE stop sending me messages each time I get a poke or a whatever on my facebook page. I too ordered the Evomax 10" tablet which ended up being faulty and Tom, I did send it back as instructed, for a replacement, that was 8 MONTHS AGO!!!!!. I sent about 10 messages through your so called "support website" and received only 1 response from you, telling your Admin team to "expedite an immediate replacement" to which they responded "will do".
