I was overcharged for my room so when i called to complain they said, "sorry no refunds it's policy". I was OVERCHARGED! Also, i was charged $10.00 fee for using the site which they never told you about when booking. During the conversation with a terrible customer service (which was zero service) a ... = RIPOFF

Scam artists - in addition to the mandatory 9.95 "service" fee - also charged an additional $10 bucks for tax. Went to the hotel website and the price was $20.00 LESS! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SITE! ...

I made a reservation what I thought was though the hotel but when I called to cancel they said I had to call expedia. So I got the number from my email.
