Time warner SUCKS - TIME WARNER CABLE

This is a Complaint / Review about Time Warner Cable.


I called to add a service was not given the hours I needed, rearranged my schedule at work confirmed the appt, and the idiot tech rescheduled my appt. because I didn't pick up the second phone call, called and asked to speak to a supervisor who was VERY incompetent making false promises no one EVER called me back or did anything to help!
