AWFUL customer service and increasing monthly cost without explanation from DirecTV - DirecTV service

This is a Complaint / Review about DIRECTV.


DirecTV changes my monthly bill amount EVERY month to their benefit, and customer service is so awful they can't explain their own billing statements. They have yet to explain to me why my monthly bill continues to change & increases every month, all while I am still within my contract period. Also, despite their advertising to the contrary, they do not honor the bundle package deal (TV/internet/telephone), but instead claims that the bundle discount supposedly comes from the internet/telephone provider.
