This is a Complaint / Review about Comcast.
Comcast has a big issue in monthly billing, I have noticed there are many complaints about comcast billing. Since we got X-1infinity box we had problems for weeks & after the 4th tech came he decided to put an amplifier and I made sure I will not be charged for anything & I just want my problem fixed. Today I got my bills and I see the charge for $48.50 for the amplifier.
I was charged for residential trouble call for the issue that comcast has with the new X-1box for $30 and that is not acceptable.
The people who answer the phone always say there is no supervisor available and they are not helpful themselves.
