Charged for service we never received - Internet Service

This is a Complaint / Review about CenturyLink.


The technician couldnt figurr out how to activate service at our new house. Not only that, we never got a modem. We got a collection bill several months later for more than $200. Now they are giving me the run around. Now they dinged our credit and we never even got to use their service at our new house.
