Poor Customer Service

This is a Complaint / Review about DIRECTV.


When I call customer service I'm on hold for at least 30 minutes before I can talk to a human being. Once I finally talk to someone they can never help me and is like talking to another automatic system. I signed up for Direct TV for the free NFL ticket. Sure enough, my NFL ticket channels do not work and customer service couldn't help me without paying more money. They said I did not order through them and I called a retailer. I simply called the 1-800 number I found on Google for DirectTv.com. First off, even if I did book through a third party, your name is on the label and should be able to assist anyone calling for assistant for YOUR services. I do not recommend Direct TV for their false advertisement on services and false pricing you receive on your bill rather than what the person told you over the phone.
