GIT Cruise Card, Inc. - Complaints / Reviews / Scam Reports
Had questions concerning refund, and their phone # was disconnected. Could not get in touch with them. Did not receive 2 cruise cards after sending in amount.

This is a Complaint / Review about GIT Cruise Card, Inc..


The company did not fullfill their end of the contract. I filled out the rebate form as instructed, and I still have not received my rebate.

I also sent in two (2) applications for 2 family members and I never received their cruise card. But Hemisphere Travel did not hesitate to take my deposit money on a future cruise that I booked for myself and my 2 family members for the month of May 2008. I am still waiting for the cruise cards for my family members and I have not yet received my $500.00 rebate for my cruise in January 2008. I have tried unsuccessfully to get in touch with GIT Cruise Card, Inc.

I sure hope that this helps someone else before they are taken by this company and Hemisphere Travel.
