ArcaMax Publishing/Summer Bay Resorts - Complaints / Reviews / Scam Reports
ArcaMax Publishing/ Summer Bay Resorts Deceptive, advertisement for SummerBay Resorts Luring Consumers to believe they won a Free Vacation by stating NO Purchases/ Offers are required. BoldFace LIE!

This is a Complaint / Review about ArcaMax Publishing/Summer Bay Resorts.

ArcaMax Publishing advertises for Summer Bay Resorts as follows: FREE LAS VEGAS WEEKEND...Enjoy a Complimentary Luxury Resort Getaway with 2 nights FREE from exciting Summer bay Resorts in LAS Vegas...First name, Last Name..Please confirm request confirmation email and you will receive....Claim your FREE STAY NOW..No purchases or offers are required to complete... In fine print..Terms and conditions.

The unsuspecting consumer calls as I did..the telemarketer gives a Sales Pitch, takes your credit card information..you ask for information; they insist on holding your credit card until reservation is made. They do not provide the HIDDEN FEES/send you information. Immediately, your credit card is debited, they do not refund. Should you call later for any reason they block your calls, put you on HOLD for over 30 minutes. You are paying huge sums of money for a FREE ADVERTISED vacation..tell them you will call the authorities and hang up the phone!
