I am very upset with priceline

This is a Complaint / Review about Priceline.com.


I am very upset with priceline. There were a mistake on my ticket, and priceline whould not change it, or refund me for that ticket. I had to go through Delta and buy that same ticket. The price I was given, was $200.00 per person. I was not able to use the priceline ticket for my returning flight back to RDU. They just tooked my money, like it was nothing to them. I don't plan to ever use priceline again. I also applied for their priceline visa card, which was approved. I was promised that I will save $50.00 on my flight purchase, but I never received it. Priceline was suppposed to automatically deduct it from my flight. All I asked was for them to change the time from 6:am to 6:pm. How hard was that for them to do? Captain Kurt, I love your TV movies, but I hate the way you run your business. STOP ripping people off!!! Get some English talking people, so we can understand what they are saying.
