Frontier Airlines - no reply on baggage

This is a Complaint / Review about Frontier Airlines.

We travelled from Twin Cities via Denver to SF, and on arrival we found that our bag forced open and $500 - of stuff was gone/. We took the bag off the baggage line, and the Frontier airlines baggage office is almost on the baggage line. She acknowledged the problem, even got the police to come and take a statement and open a case number. We were promised that they would investigate the matte and come back asap. The claim was made 26.9.2013. On several calls we just get no feedback from this airline. I thought bags that get opened and stuff gets steeled from it happens only in Africa, but it seems America have a problem too.
