Worst flight experience eve

This is a Complaint / Review about Allegiant Airlines.

I am APPALLED at the service, attitude, and manner at which your flight attendants and counter workers treated the passengers, including myself. This was my first flight with your company and will be my last. I will most certainly inform everyone I know of your unacceptable service. My flight from Oklahoma City to Sanford airport was wonderful. The return flight felt as if I was in a Nazi concentration camp, or the twilight zone!!! I felt abused, bullied, yelled at, the list goes on and on! Cory was the lady that was checking boarding passes. We got in line when our zone was called. We were zone 6, so we were the first zone that was called after handicap. It was my husband, 11 year old daughter and I. When we reached Cory, she yelled, yes, yelled so loudly everyone could hear, that our bag was too large and we had to pay. I replied that we flew just fine with it on or first flight. She screamed at my husband that he needed to put it in the baggage sizer, to see if it fit. She stated "Not sure why you are going to bother, it won't fit" He placed it in the sizer and the lady working the desk beside cory verified that it fit, and instructed us to get back in lin. Passengers that were in line, kindly allowed us to enter the line before them. When we reached Cory again, she yelled again that our bag was too large and we had to pay. I relied that no, it fit and the other lady said it was fine. She turned to her and asked if it fit, that lady replied yes, and Cory yelled, "Well I didn't see it myself, you'll have to do it again. Now get out of the way and go over there!!!!!!" At this point I had had enough. We placed it in the sizer again, and I walked over to her and demanded she look at it. She screamed at me to get out of the way and she was busy. I then walked over to a gentleman at the desk, He informed me he was Bill Lee the supervisor. At this point I was angry, and stated to him he needed to look so we could board the plane. He rudely said "No, you can just wait until the end" So we stood there with our bag in the sizer and waited until everyone boarded the plane. The passengers in line were in shock. You would just hear passengers repeatedly say things like Oh my gosh, can you believe that? What is her problem. Wow! That's crazy. During the entire boarding process, our bag remained in the sizer, and not once did she question another passenger. A gentleman came over and asked us what was going on. We informed him, and he said "Oh, I didn't pay for this bag. I hope it passes!" He had a rolling suitcase larger than ours, a duffle bag and backpack. He was able to board without question. Every passenger was allowed to board with out question and I asked those passengers with bags if they had paid, and they all said no. After everyone boarded the plane, I walked to Cory and demanded she let us on, she looked at our bag and said "I'll let it pass. You can board" We were dead last on the plane. While on the flight, the flight attendant began Yelling at a customer that she wasn't placing her bag in the overhead bin correctly. She proceeded to do it for her and yell "I'll do it. You can't figure it out!!" Another flight attendant, I believe Lisa, was yelling at another flight attendant during drink service. She was screaming, you just do it!! I refuse to help you!! Not one of the flight attendants had a name tag, nor would they give you their name. There is so much more, but I am out
