missed flight

This is a Complaint / Review about United Airlines.

Flight 4553 MCI-EWR on December 2 was delayed about 2 and a half hours due to lack of crew in either Dallas or MCI and we were therefore unable to connect with flight 956 EWR-GVA. We were put on flight 992yEWR to Zurich but unable to get a flight from there to Geneva and had to take the train. We took a train Zurich to Montreux cossting 88.11 US dollars (80.00 Swiss francs) for the 2 of us.
