Horrifying flight

This is a Complaint / Review about United Airlines.


I flew on United on Oct. 26, 2013. My flight number was 6135, confirmation code is BEJEMN. My plane was late getting into Indianapolis for me to board, when I got to Chicago I missed my connecting flight, I had a 5 hour wait for my next flight out. I had to take a shuttle to my connecting flight, I waited 15 mins, when bus came back by the the time it got to me it was full, I waited another 15 mins and as i was going on the bus I saw my flight leaving. I had over 1 hour layover I should of had enough time, but I didnt. The employees were not helpful at all, as if they don't care if you get a flight or not, I told the lady at the bus I had 15 mins to catch my flight, she still made me wait for 2nd bus. I have a flight going back I sure hope its better than this 1. This is the 2nd time I have flown United and the same thing happened. I fell there needs to be changes made with this airline. I fell that I should be compensated for my flight. Please contact me. Thank You Connie Jent 765-505-8262
