in adequate information about check in - Online Checking, savings, and bill pay

This is a Complaint / Review about RYANAIR.


We booked the ticket with cheapoair to Rome from Stansted. There was no information provided at the time of reservation about online check in policy. Just few hours before our flight I received an email from cheapoair mentioning " Beat the lines at the airport by checking in online! You can even print out your boarding pass for faster access." No where from this message any one could understand that if you do not checkin online you have to buy a new ticket and that's what exactly happen with us. I was at the wedding a night before our flight and thought of checking in at the counter as i did not have access to computer. When we got to the airport Ryanair made us by 2 more tickets for us to continue on our holiday. I am very disappointed and will never hope to fly with Ryainair ever again.
