This is a Complaint / Review about United Airlines.


after calling united airlines to help with a very complex and difficult reservation, i get someone in manila who barely speaks english. i tried 7 calls before i got a representative in the u.s. thank goodness. no wonder the airlines are in such turmoil.. keep the jobs in the u.s. speaking with foreign representatives is frustrating and non-productive.
