My money's in their account, so me now

This is a Complaint / Review about

I placed an order through the on-line store at [URL Removed] I was prompted whether I wanted to use the USA store or the SA one. Obviously I chose the SA store. A beautiful SA flag icon appeared in the top corner and I proceeded to place an order choosing the cheapest shipping option (seeing that it's local). To my surprise I received a message saying that my purchase was successful and that the package would be sent shortly from Idaho USA?! That was 29 September 2013. It is now 18 December 2013. The service used for shipment was DHL Global mail ( a service that has nothing to do with DHL AT ALL according to DHL). After about half a dozen queries to [URL Removed] DHL, The SA Post office etc., etc.. (all the places I was told to consult) I still have no clearer answer as to where my package is or even whether I would receive it at all. A few mails ago I lost my cool and got sent a reprimand saying I shouldn't use profanity accompanied by an enormous legal disclaimer basically saying I can go myself or send a request to the Hague or Truth and reconciliation commission. Being out of options I turned to trusty Hello Peter to vent. Consumer 0 , Corporates 1.
