Low quality with no returns

This is a Complaint / Review about Firenze Jewelers.

I purchased an engagement ring from Firenze Jewelers. When my fiancee put the ring on, we realized it did not fit. My fiancee thought she must have given me the wrong size. She wears a five. A year later, a diamond fell out of the ring and the other diamonds were coming loose. We took the ring to a local, family owned jeweler, who informed us that the ring was actually a six. We contacted Firenze Jewelers and explained to them that the ring they sent was the wrong size and the diamonds were all coming loose. We eventually spoke to the owner of the company. The owner told us they did not take returns and they would not replace the ring even though I ordered a five and they sent a six. The owner said they would tighten the diamonds and replace the missing diamond, but we would have to pay the normal rate.

Firenze will send you the wrong ring and refuse to take any responsibility for the product sent or the quality of the product. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM FIRENZE JEWELERS IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF!!!
