Best Tanning Lotion - Complaints / Reviews / Scam Reports
I still have not received product or any credit to my credit card

This is a Complaint / Review about Best Tanning Lotion.

On 3/31/10 I purchased tanning lotion and moisturizer online thru a website. On 3/31/10 my credit card was charged the amount of $45.10, which is the total for both products. The tanning lotion was $22.50, moisturizer was $10.75 and shipping&handling was $11.85, for a total of $45.10. After several days I received 1 package thru USPS priority mail that included 1 bottle of moisturizer and a note that read my remaining order was on back order. I waited for several weeks and never received anything else from them. At that point I started emailing the company since I had already been charged for the product. I received 1 response from them and all it said ws they would check the status with their shipping department. I still have not received product or any credit to my credit card. Please help!!!
