This is a Complaint / Review about

I ordered an XBox Bundle which included a console, a game, and an XBox Live Gold Card from, but decided within a couple of hours of ordering that it wasn't the one I wanted. I tried to cancel the order, but refused to respond to any of emails to cancel the order. They shipped the items separately. I refused all of the items from this order (#2677188-931369) upon delivery and have only received a partial refund. All items have been returned to, yet my credit card statement indicated that had only given me a partial refund of $178.05 (for the console). The order total was $242.79. I contacted them via email and they said they would give me a refund on the game but not the XBox Live Gold Card. The tracking numbers for the two items that you have not given me a refund on are: 9102901018915565759371 and 9102945648145512390114. These are tracking numbers with the Postal Service. These items were indeed returned back to, but they refuse to give me a refund and they kept the XBox Live Gold Card. They have the money and the card.
