THIS BUSINESS SELL ALL KINDS OF VIDEO EQUIPMENT . ON 02-08-06 I ORDERED THE TRISTAR 2006 MASTERPIECE DESCRAMBLER AND RECEIVED IT ON OR ABOUT 2-10-06, THE DESCRAMBLER DID NOT WORK AS ADVERTISED IN MY AREA, SO I RETURNED IT ON 02-13-06 VIA UPS, THIS ITEM WAS DELIVERED TO MDS ENTERPRISES ON 02-20-06 VERIFIED BY UPS WHOSE TRACKING# IS 1Z717X000310261404.I HAVE ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT MDS ENTERPRISES AT PHONE # 1-800-916-6823, I ALSO SENT THEM AN EMAIL AND TO DATE I HAVE NOT HEARD BACK FROM THEM. I PAID $189.00 COD TO UPS WHEN THEY SENT THE TRISTAR MASTERPIECE AND TO DATE THEY STILL ARE HOLDING MY MONEY WITH OUT LETTING ME KNOW WHAT IS THE DELAY I INDICATED ON A NOTE PLACED INSIDE THE BOX WITH THE UNIT I RETURNED THAT I WOULD PAY THE DIFFERENCE IN COST COD. I WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE ANY AND ALL ASSISTANCE YOU MAY BE ABLE TO RENDER ME.
