Beyond the rack - toy sized furniture - NO RETURN POLICY

This is a Complaint / Review about Beyond the Rack.


The company website highlights its hassle free return policy nd advertises beautiful white leather corbusier chairs. The chairs are lovely --- for children - too small for adults and too close to the ground to be comfortable. The small print - no return - so $800 later I have furniture for a doll house but not my livingroom.
I had used the service before for clothes and linens - found the quality variable so the return policy is important but this was really a huge mistake. You cannot tell from the photos how big they are and the dimensions are misleading.
DO NOT BUY THEIR FURNITURE OR YOU WILL REGRET IT.
