seperate charges for two items - .

This is a Complaint / Review about Gander Mountain.


The product was decent but they charge you two different times. Both of my products were shipped separately which i had no notification of. Then I got charged both times for the shipping. If I would have known it I wouldn't have ordered, I would have canceled. A customer shouldn't pay two separate times. But apparently the customer service representatives are "know it alls" and "their right" and won't solve the issue. Terrible SERVICE
