This is a Complaint / Review about Toys R Us.


Pathetic!! Did you know that in order to return something purchased online from Toys R Us , you have to have the PACKING SLIP!! And, do I know what happened to the packing slip which was apparently NOT on the inside of the box but taped to the outside of the box- no...!!! Seriously, it's Christmas and with receiving so many packages, I apparently let one little thing slip which now means I get to have store credit to Toys R Us rather than getting my money back on the item I purchased.
