omaha steaks dredful experience with a gift delivery - 1325,1327,1387,1397,1472,2243 omaha steaks

This is a Complaint / Review about Omaha Steaks.

i recieved a christmas gift from my family(pamela lothrop) 0rder #23839467-001 on monday. it was left out on the front doorstep for 6 hrs at 85 degree temp. melted. i called c.s and told the woman to resend and she took the info but did not put the site number. this was to be delivered on 12-20 but caqmew on 12-19 and delivered to a 90 year old woman at site 4055. c.s. said they were sorry it was a mistake not to put the site number on the delivery. the 90 year old was so frustrated and annoyed because she did not know me or know how to find me. this am i called to ask for a supervisor to complain and got daniel he did not seem very sympathetic to my issues and said i could expect another delivery christmas eve. ki recommended since you have a telephone number of the reciever you should call and nlotify the person of the delivery instead of leaving in the hot florida sun a perishable item and certainly ask the security man at the gate if no site number is noted by omaha steaks where the person lives. this is common sense ithink. thank you, rev. helen lothrop de martinez
