This is a Complaint / Review about Toys R Us.


I tried to exchange the item for the same thing and the rude customer service clerk said that I couldn't exchange because the item did not have the original sku number which is not right when I know for a fact that they can pull up my original receipt on file because I paid with a debit card and I also know they can cause I use to work for the company and be the service desk clerk they will not receive my business or my friends and familys from this day forward
