BTR shipments can take up to a month and Return Policy includes BTR Credit Only! - Michael Kors Watch

This is a Complaint / Review about Beyond the Rack.


BTR is by far the worst online shopping site I've ever dealt with.

It took 28 days from my order date to receive a Micheal Kors watch I ordered. And when I received it it had finger prints all over it. They couldn't even buff those out before shipment?!

And the pumps I ordered online which sold out super quick ended up being of very poor quality. I could have gone to the Santee Fashion Alley in LA and gotten the same pair.

The BTR credit only is what gets me. Yes, I should have read the terms and conditions more carefully but having never been this cheated before by any online store I hadn't felt the need to. Call me a fool but at least this fool will only be fooled once.

I wouldn't recommend shopping on this site to ANYONE!
