Bad Experience With Photo - Photo Cards

This is a Complaint / Review about Walgreens.


I ordered a card for one of my customers. It was just one simple photo card. Now, I am not usually picky about things, but this is something that I really wanted to look nice. I arrive at the store to pick up my card and they hand it to me. I open the package, and the picture is not even centered. There is a crooked white border around it, so I ask them if they can cut it off. She cuts it even more crooked and says is this good? I reply with "no i need the whole border off." She then cuts it, and after about 10 minutes, I'm on my way. I get home and open the card to find that the entire inside and back is covered with scratches and chocolate fingerprints. I must have been too preoccupied to realize this before. So, I call to complain, and they say they will print a new one. She hands me the new one and I say thank you...not a word from her but she rolls her eyes. I get home again and realize they had never even gave me an envelope for the card, and it is supposed to come with one. I don't have envelopes to fit this size, but at this point I'm not even going to bother going back.
