Terrible Service/ Lies

This is a Complaint / Review about Edible Arrangements.

I placed an order in late December 2007 for a basket to be delivered to my son's daycare. While placing online, I specifically requested delivery prior to 5:00 pm (they were closing at 5:30 that day) and again, requested it when I called to confirm my order with the store.

I arrived on that Friday to get my son at 4:45 pm and there was no basket. The store co-owner spoke to me on that day and advised the driver was on the way. She offered me $20 off my next order (I stated I would not be ordering from them again) and then offered me fruit if I came by the store.

Another co-owner called me recently to again try & rectify the situation. I simply want all or some of my $100 back. Only a few people got to enjoy the basket, and one employee ended up taking it home over the long holiday weekend. That was not what my intent was. If the store could not deliver it in a timely manner, they simply needed to explain that & I would have picked it & delivered it myself.

I am currently waiting to hear from Corporate to get contact information for the CEO. Perhaps he/she will be open to hearing my side of the story.
