Terrible customer service, NOT truthful on their website or in rebuttals I have read

This is a Complaint / Review about Sexydepot.com.


Do not do business with Sexydepot.com!!! This company is extremely unprofessional! Their website is very expansive and the selection seems good but dealing with them IS NOT WORTH IT!!! Even though I did eventually receive the products as ordered they were MANY WEEKS late with very LATE responses from them about the reasons for the delays. Their excuse about "spam filters" and "check your bulk email" are bogus. My orders were NOT SHIPPED within the time frame PROMISED on their website. This happened to me TWICE! The only reason I did business with them a second time was because they didn't refund my money for an item that was out of stock in the first order but they gave me a "credit" instead.

I did receive 2 email responses from their "24/7 Customer Service Hotline" which arrived WEEKS after my initially kind email requests for information. When I wouldn't get a reply I would just kindly submit the question again. I got 2 replies for about 10 submittals. Their customer service and shipping is TERRIBLE! I ordered a few items for my wife a few weeks before Christmas hoping, of course, the items would arrive before Christmas. No chance. I qualified for "Free Shipping" which must mean "Lowest Priority". WEEKS AFTER Christmas I contacted them for the FIRST time - by email, of course. (They have NO PHONE NUMBER that they publish but they do want YOUR phone number. Buyer Beware!) The order was shipped the same day they responded to my email. Coincidence? More like: OOPS! I used my "credit" on the second order in early January. January 21 (weeks after I asked) I finally received an email response from them regarding my order. Here it is exactly:

"there are some back-ordered item in your order and we expect to ship your order out by end this month.
SexyDepot
Customer Service
Sandy L."

There is actually only 1 item in the order, by the way. It's almost like "Sandy L" doesn't even know what is in the order. The order should have been shipped by the end of January. So two weeks later on Feb. 14 (Valentine's Day) I sent another email asking where my order was.

The final slap to me was this last "response" from them on Feb 16:
"This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification.
Delivery to the following recipients was aborted after 48.1 hour(s):
* [email protected]"

WOW!!! Their website is either down or my email was denied! Either way BUYER BEWARE! Wonderful way to treat customers! Give these jokers your money ONLY if you LIKE being LIED TO, DISRESPECTED, and INSULTED.
