Deceptive lying crooks, poor service and even worse customer service

This is a Complaint / Review about T-mobile.

After porting in my cell number in July 0f 2011 to T-mobile everything was fine until January of 2012, when suddenly my calls were dropped frequently. After complaining to the company they contacted their own tech support dept., which informed me that they were going to investigate the tower at which my phone was receiving and sending signal to and from,at which time there tech support agent told me that he would follow up with me personally on the findings of their determination.

Needless to say I did not receive a callback and of course I had to call to complain myself again about these dropped calls,and they told me then that my phone was the problem since they could not find anything wrong with their towers,and that they were sending me out a replacement phone,which I expected as much. 3 days later I received the new phone, and I continued to have my calls dropped regularly,though when my next bill came T-mobile had charged me $20.00 for the replacement phone. I then disputed this charge with a supervisor since the customer servicew agent had told me that they could not remove the $20.00 charge since I requested a new phone which was a lie and I told the agent that I did not request the phone that T-mobile told me that they were replacing it since the other one was dropping so many calls. The supervisor put me in touch with another tech support rep to adderess the dropped calls,and once again I received no follow up call from a tech support rep as I was promised at the time of the conversation. But the supervisor did drop the $20.00 charge since I explained that I did not request a replacemewnt phone I was told they were sending it.

This whole time from the very begginning of the dropped calls, I expressed to them that they needed to let me know whether or not they could provide me with the type of service I was expecting and if they could not then I was going to gladly move on. The following month it was the same thing and finally the last straw was when I hit the button to place my phone on speaker and I got a 911 operator, I dropped t-mobile that very same day and went on to another service provider,since then they think that they are entitled to their $200.00 early termination fee, and overbilled me at $306.41 when in all actuality T-mobile was the one to breach the contract and not me,since they could not provide a service that was of good quality and could not rectify their problems. I have sent dispute letters to their arbitration dept. and they call my phone daily,trying to collect money that they are not entitled to and their executive offices actually had the audicity to call me and tell me that I had to pay the money and that their investigation concluded that I had only had 4 dropped calls in that whole time. I told them that if I was going to have to pay the money that since I was unemployed then I could only pay them $5.00 a month,they said that they did not have a payment plan of $5.00 a month and that if that was all I was going to do for them that they were going to report me to collections. How can a company legally report you to collections if you are sending them payments. T-mobile is the worst phone provider out there and their lying deceptive business practices are completely ridiculous,it is a shame that our country allows businesses like this operate and function in our society, I am completely disgusted at it all!!!!
