This is a Complaint / Review about sears home services.


Bought a dryer using the phone personal shopper assistance. Talking to a real person was great. Unfortunately, his answers were inaccurate. I was promised a delivery between 4 and 6pm when I purchased the dryer. (I am a single mother working 45min from home, so this late afternoon was VERY important to me.) Then, I got a call at 6:30pm the night before that they wanted to deliver at 2pm. When I talked to an operator, she said the computer rescheduled me 1-2wks out and still no promise of a time. I gave the name of the salesman that I purchased it from and shared what he had promised only to find out it was lies. I paid more for this brand of dryer from this store for the reputation of service. My experience lead me to cancel my order and take my business elsewhere to a store that still employs humans.
