Customer Service- apparent scam?? - service and product

This is a Complaint / Review about decorglamour.com.


I ordered a bathroom glass w/ holder. Decorglamour took a payment of $121.22 from my paypal account, which was sent to doorandbath ([email protected]) . Product never shipped. Decorglamour said to obtain the refund from [email protected] The website www.bathandhardware.com is a non-entity.

I made 3 calls to decorglamour with no results. This smells to me.
