Lowes appliance delivery

This is a Complaint / Review about Lowes.


Ordered a washing machine. When they saw 2 inches of snow on a hill leading to my house, they refused to deliver. As a school bus driver of a mini-bus, I have been over much steeper hills with kids on board and didn't think twice. It was my job to get the kids home and I did.
