Incomplete Product - Duravit Starck Series Shower Tray

This is a Complaint / Review about Duravit USA Inc.


I have a Starck series shower tray by Duravit. I does not come with a drain assembly, and the part required to install it properly is a 90 mm waste trap only available from overseas. I called Duravit costumer service to ask where I could get the part, and the response was "we don't do drains, ask your plumber." The tray is useless without being able to hook up the drain. The costumer service is pretty much the worst I have experienced from any company.
